Announcing My Player Perks: Illinois’ Newest, Best Player Loyalty Program

Universal Gaming Group is proud to announce the launch of Illinois’ newest gaming loyalty program, My Player Perks. Available exclusively at Universal Gaming Group partner locations, My Player Perks awards patrons with reward points for every hour they play.  Points can be redeemed for rewards that patrons want: e-gift cards to top retailers, home goods, electronics, travel and more.

To join My Player Perks, patrons can download the app on the App Store or Google Play, or simply sign up at the kiosk at every participating Universal Gaming Group location. Patrons then check in to start earning rewards points. Once an hour, patrons check in again to continue receiving points. My Player Perks points don’t expire after three months, like other loyalty programs, so patrons can save up their points for what they want the most. And, as patrons accumulate points, they advance through a tiered system where upper tiers earn more points, faster. Through the app, patrons have the option to manage their settings and communication preferences, view the rewards catalog and redeem points.

As valuable as My Player Perks is for patrons, Universal Gaming Group partner locations may see benefits as well. Some of the benefits of My Player Perks to a participating location may  include:

Enrollment in My Player Perks is totally free. The program is fully managed by Universal Gaming Group, including prize fulfillment, service management, and marketing services to increase awareness. Automated push notifications remind patrons to check in every 60 minutes, and personalized communications keep patrons engaged throughout the year; along with special benefits like bonus points for birthdays, program anniversaries, exclusive promotions and automated entries into sweepstakes.
