How do I switch to My Player Perks 2.0?
If you’re an existing My Player Perks member, all you have to do is:
- Download the My Player Perks 2.0 app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
- Launch the app and sign in with your existing User ID.
- Enter your PIN: the birthdate you entered when you first signed up with My Player Perks.

I’m a GEM Rewards member. How do I switch to My Player Perks?
Switching to My Player Perks is easy for GEM Rewards members. All you have to do is:
- Update your current GEM Rewards app.
- Sign in with your current GEM Rewards User ID and password.
- Start earning points and rewards!

Will My Player Perks 2.0 work at GEM Rewards locations?
Yes! Every GEM Rewards location is now My Player Perks. Plus, you can now use My Player Perks at even more locations across Illinois!
Will my points carry over from the old My Player Perks?
Yes! All of your points and your tier status will carry over. Switching to My Player Perks 2.0 only gives you more rewards! For GEM Rewards members, entries reset for each promotion but now is the time to start earning points!
Where can I use My Player Perks?
My Player Perks is available at more than 200 locations across Illinois. Use this map to find a location near you.
When will My Player Perks 1.0 go away?
The original My Player Perks will cease functioning on March 31, 2026. After that, you will need My Player Perks 2.0 to earn points and rewards.
